§1 Collection and processing of data
Each visit to our website and each instance of access to any data contained thereon will be recorded.

Additional personal data will only be collected if you provide such information voluntarily, for instance when making an enquiry or carrying out a registration.

If you have provided us with personal data, we will only use such data to answer an enquiry, to process contracts concluded with you or for technical administration purposes.
Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties or transmitted in any other manner if this is required to process contracts through to settlement purposes or if you have given your prior consent thereto.
You are entitled to revoke your consent with effect for the future at any time.
Your personal data will be deleted if you revoke your consent to such data being stored, if knowledge of the data is no longer required in order to fulfil the purpose for which the data was stored or if storage of the data is not admissible on any other legal grounds.

On receipt of a written request, we will gladly provide you with information on the stored personal data relating to you.
§4 Security notice
We do our utmost to store your personal data in such a manner that it is not accessible to third parties by taking all of the steps available to us in terms of technology and organisation. When communicating by email, however, we cannot guarantee complete data security. If you wish to send confidential information, we would advise you to do so by post.
